Business Value Estimate

A quick, rough range for what buyers might pay for a business like yours, based on a few numbers you already know. It is an estimate only.

Your business

Enter your SDE, your EBITDA, or both. One is required.

SDE (seller’s discretionary earnings) is pre-tax profit plus your own pay, benefits, personal perks run through the business, interest, depreciation and one-time costs. Most owner-run businesses are priced on it.

EBITDA is earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, after paying a manager to run the business. Larger businesses with a management team are often priced on it.

Where to save your estimate

Your estimate is saved to your account and shared with Michael R Garsow so he can follow up. It is never sold.

This is a rough estimate for planning only. It is not a valuation or appraisal and should not be relied on for tax, legal, lending or pricing decisions. For a formal opinion of value, I can introduce you to trusted professionals who have helped my clients.
